This year's ARC-CSI Crash Conference was covered live by
all major network news stations including FOX (seen below), NBC, CBS and
ABC.
EFI Global helped out this year by being not
only a sponsor of the crash conference but also by conducting a series
of low-speed crash tests to evaluate the effect of restitution. Below
is a picture of the EFI Global team that helped out this year - thank
you.

View the Photo Slideshow from 2007 ARC-CSI Crash Day
The 2007 ARC-CSI Crash Conference was attended by more than 250 professionals
from around the world. The conference featured four fully instrumented
and documented crash tests at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway and 15 industry
experts spoke on various topics, most of which related directly to the
crash testing. In addition, this year we held two workshops that focused
on using the information obtained during the crash testing and integrating
it with real-world accident reconstruction techniques. The crash testing
was conducted at Las Vegas Motor Speedway and all conference presentations
were held at the Palace Station Hotel and Casino.

Crash
testing for the conference was conducted by Tom Szabo and Jud Welcher
of Biomechanical Research and Testing (BRT), proven leaders
in the field of human subject crash testing together with Rusty Haight
of the Collision Safety Institute and Brad Muir from the Ontario Provincial
Police. In addition, Billy Cox and his team of EFI Global engineers conducted
low speed testing that was also presented during the conference. Together,
BRT and CSI have conducted more than 200 crash tests over the years and
have set the standard in conference crash test conduct together with data
collection and distribution.
The ARC-CSI Crash Conference
The ARC-CSI Crash Conference sets the standard for
excellence in crash testing and conference proceedings. There
is no other Conference like it! No where else can you witness fully instrumented,
documented, live, full scale crash testing and other pertinent demonstrations
first hand, attend presentations by recognized leaders in their field,
and then leave with all the crash data, photos and video of the testing,
copies of presentations for later review, related documents and reference
material in hand, right then, at the conference conclusion.
ARC-CSI Crash Conferences
You won't find a better opportunity for quality training,
networking and practical experience anywhere!
