Conference
registration and refund policy
Registration and tuition payment for the conference must
be completed by completing either a conference registration form and submitting it along
with tuition or a government signed and approved PO to "Collision
Publishing LLC" or by registering using the online shopping cart. Full tuition or a government agency signed and approved
PO must be received no later than 14 days prior to the start of the conference
and should conference maximum enrollment level(s) be reached, no seat
in the conference can be reserved or held until either a government signed
and approved PO or full tuition is received.
Refunds
Refunds are available for paid registrations cancelled
more than 30 days prior to the start of the conference. A $45 processing
fee will be charged for each cancelled registration, all requests for refunds must be submitted in writing via US Mail
or Fax. No tuition refunds are offered less than 30 days before
the conference unless the conference itself is cancelled due to unforeseen
acts of nature.
Due to the worldwide appeal of this conference, the Collision Publishing LLC cannot be held responsible and will not offer a refund or credit
for those who cancel due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances
out of our control less than 30 days prior to the start of the conference.
