Exhibitor Information

Collision Publishing is offering dedicated space to exhibitors who are interested in displaying their products and/or services at the 2008 ARC-CSI Crash Conference. This is the largest conference of the year and attracts a very targeted audience who are decision makers in law enforcement, accident reconstruction, engineering and legal services.

Typical attendance is between 150-300 attendees with a break-down of 50% law enforcement and 50% private practice accident reconstruction/engineering.

All exhibitor tables and booths are located in the common area located directly outside the presentation room. All breaks and breakfasts will be served in the common area to maximize foot-traffic.

Each Exhibitor Receives:

• Dedicated space and table-top for product/service display
• Power strip w/electricity
• Breakfast, Lunch and Breaks each day (limit is one person)
• Admission to crash testing (limit is one person)
• Admission to Evening Reception (limit is one person)

Exhibitor Set-up

Registered exhibitors may begin setting up their display area at 3:00 PM on Monday June 2, 2008. We have dedicated space located in the common area leading to the conference room. You will receive complete information and instructions with your registration confirmation package.
